is 96 a4's any different from 97-2001? everysite i goto to find parts, it only categorizes a4 form 97-01. If anyone knows the differences please tell me and is it possible for me to make my FWD to AWD?? just lil curious

 

you have a 12v a speical engine made for the 96 and 97 audis plus some previous ones to. it is very hard to mod this engine no chips or superchargers for it. for some preformance parts look here. after these parts you are looking into some expencive stuff.

as for making a fwd to awd.... no you can't

yes give up any hope of goign from fronttrack to quattro. Unless you have thousands of dollars. Welcome to the world of the 12v engine. Not many mods out there, unless you know where to look.
