Another Question on the turbo for A4
Hey guys, newbie here. I have had my A4 for about 2 years now. i recently decided to do a couple upgrades, like Cold air intake and Electronic boost controller. My question is what is safest maxium boost i can tune my turbo to. its the stock K03.

Don't do either. No one makes a CAI that actually makes power for the longitudinal 1.8T, and an electronic boost controller will 1. take you outside the efficiency range of the K03, and 2. make you run lean. Instead, for the money you would have spent on those two useless items, get a chip. It's like a boost controller that's much smarter and better than you.

Ehhh, you might be able to sell them on eBay. Not the CAI, but maybe the EBC, esp. if it's universal. And plenty of people do the CAI thing. It might lose you 5hp. It's like a rite of passage for Audi n00bs.
