Because i have some crazy vib's from new apr snub, i was thinkin about takin it off and dremeling it to the same size/shape as oem with lip and all. Think this is a bad idea? The apr currently sits way to the left side in the housing. Or should i still wait a couple weeks? will that matter? HELP ME SNUB BUDS!!!!!!!!!!!

 

i wouldnt carve it to the same size as the oem one, i would just carve a little off and test drive it. if that doesnt work carve alittle more off then try it again.................and again.................. untill its right. it is so quick and easy to install so why not? u dont need to put the hole thing back together just tne necesities for a teat drive.

 

just go pick up the greedspeed.. its really cheap.. and by the time you get it delivered.. you will know if you want to swap out the one you have or if it calmed down at all

 

Yeah but for $50 Ill be real pissed if i cant get it to work right. I dont know what their return policy is exactly but Id be happy to shove it up their *** at this point.

 

well you have the Tip.. im pretty sure we warned that drivers with Tip trannys will experience more vibration in the cockpit..

 

maybe i should put my old one back on, but ill try shaving first. Im pretty sure you told me that i wouldnt have vibraions when I posted a thread asking about this a while back.

 

even jestnomen told me id would be alright.

 

put your stock one on and send me the apr mount....and when i get it i'll send you my greedspeed mount plus some cash....if you want.....my greedspeed mount has about 70 miles on it...

 

Well let me see what I can do with it first. Ill let you know. Ill probably do it again this weekend or maybe before. Hows your experience with th egreedspeed?

 

i love it....as far as driving response, it's the best mod i've done so far...it's made out of the same **** as the apr mount, it's super stiff..
