i have a good size tear in my black pleather seat. and i dont want to go to a shop unless i have to ... i think i might as well try to do it myself before i seek out a proffessional ... it doesnt have to be anything pretty, just to stop the tear from going any farther ... thanks

 

It happened to me on my 03.
The dealer gave me a new seat cover.

 

Ask your mom to sew it up for you.. Maybe a plaid patch?
