I have a b5 1.8t and im looking to get some new 18's but im wondering if my current wheel gap will be too big and look funny. i currently have the stock suspension, not the sport. please dont just say it will look funny, but post a pic if you have one.

Here is a pic of my 2001 A4 much lower. You should consider a suspension upgrade not only does it look great and aggressive but going around a corner is unbelievable..

yes i know eventually i will upgrade suspension but i am just wondering which compenent to get first. the wheels or the suspension? Its gunna take me awhile to earn enough money for both so i will probaly have to stick with one untill next summer.

man, I forgot how much more wheel gap the b5 sport suspension had when compared to the B6.

 

Buy the suspension first, and then save up to buy the wheels, then put them on at the same time. Summers almost over, so you're going to have to take them off and raise it anyway. Unless, you live in the nice parts of the United States.
