Spray all nuts and bolts being removed first, go drink a beer, then wait 15 minutes, spray again and start removing bolts and nuts. Allowing the penetrating oil to soak in will make a world of difference.

 

I'm not doing a full exhaust, but I am replacing the mid muffler with a high flow 2.5" flowmaster. so I will be removing the exhaust from the back. but thanks for the procedure. And it's like 10 degrees here too. sucky.
