anyone know if the 98.5 up fog light grills fit on a 97 a4?

Hey guys, my a4 is missing one of the front lower side grills....and I want to put in the newer fog light grills...w/ fog lights....and I was wondering if anyone knows if they are the same size.

they will fit as long as you are installing oem fog lights, too
