ATP 3" downpipe?

Default ATP 3" downpipe?
Hey, I'm in the market for some exhaust upgrades... I found an ATP 3" cat deleting downpipe....Is the instalation pretty basic bolt/clamp/or weld? I am going to have to buy a flex pipe etc etc? THanks
