Default ATP GT2X 13.2 BS?

Well im getting the ATP GT2X in about 2 weeks. ID get it tommorrow but i wanna pay my Credit card off before i charge it. I was reading on ATPs site and found that the did the 13.2 run with 6 degreees more timing to make use of the 100oct. So they advanced it 6 degrees more to run the high octane but does it come with the software that they made the 100oct run on, with the timing bumped up. Im gonna give them a call tommorrow and ask, last time they didn't give me a straight answer. The guy told me they simply just added 100oct and never touched the timing, I laughed at him and said "sure." Here is a link its 5/26/05 they state briefly what they did. ATP

13.7, all i really wanna find out is what they did to the timing for the 13.2 high oct. run and does the tuning come like that but made to run on 91 oct.

Trailboss, they could be telling the truth. When u add higher oct fuel, the ecu senses it(obvisously) and doesnt pull(retard) the timing, which is where they are gaining the 6degrees. Btw- atp could run 12s with a b5, they tested on a car that was about 400pd heavier, which makes huge differnence. I hope the see some b5s with this turbo and bolt ons to produce some 12.9s, im going to try.

I highly doubt 12.9 is attainable with that turbo unless you have a crazy pro driver driving it on race gas with timing and boost cranked up, Like i have said before, I havent even seen anyone besides atp get into the 12's with the regular gt28rs

Well i was reading again on ATP's site and found that they did the 13.7 run with 100oct mixed. How much did they mix i dunno, but the next update they did was that they advanced timing to run with the race gas. Im a little sketchy about their info, no one could give me an answer over the phone and they told me to email them so i did, once they respond and answer my questions i'll know the truth, if they answer my questions. Like tom said 12.9 is alot to expect but if there software is the same that they did the 13.2 run on high octane, with alot of other good supporting mods HIGH 12s are feasable if the software is the same.

Trailboss,

They didn't have software yet. The did the tuning on the go, so the turbotec software may not be the same.

We'll see though, I mean we are all just starting to break into the 12s and 13s.
