I just now lookedcloser atthe '96, that guy has riced the living hell out of that car. Not to mention, if you look at his engine bay you'll notice it's a 30v engine (has thelater styleengine cover, and says "5v" right on the cylinder head covers), however in the wide angle pics, you'll notice his trunk has the Euro-size license plate area, which means it is a '96 which should have a 12v. So either he did an engine swap or he's lying out his *** and has supplied pictures of someone else's engine bay. So I retract him as evidence of the awesomeness of the 12v. (However, whether or not that really is his engine bay, it is a damn fine looking S/C 30v 2.8 setup).
EDIT: HAHAA! Here's the website wheretommy360 got the pics of "his" engine bay: http://www.vu.union.edu/~allenw/A4/audi.htm
The second one, though, by user name XenonZone, I actually asked him about it a while back. It's a '97, still has the 12v in it but it's been rebuilt:
In any case, I love my 12v - but I know its limitations and I bought it specifically because I can't afford to be tempted by mods

Can one of you mods remove the fake timeslip he put up, to keep the noob 12v owners from getting too excited?
It would be a public service!
Funny, the top of his timeslip on that side says "team scion"

fact is the car is pretty nice (tho stock wheels with a wide body kit is just retarded) its definitely not rice cuz he has engine mods and there aren't any crazy visual mods. the guy just had weird taste as to what looks nice. and i bet it is decently fast. but it is in no way a 10 second car.

on the timeslip page he said he swapped in a 30v in place of his old 12v.

Honestly, you're the one who called BS on this guy in the first place, I just took a closer secondlook and agreed with you!

Um... you might want to recalculate.
ORIGINAL: Belligerenceā¢
by my calculations, he's got till november 28th to have it running and tuned, with pics and video WITH sound clip.
