Default Audi A4 3.0 B6 HID Lights

Hey I'm just wondering if any of you guys know if my car is all ready equipped to handle Xenon HID lights. I know it has Stock HIDs but I know their not Xenon... Do I have to buy a conversion kit or can I just buy the bulbs?

Xenon and HID are interchangeable terms. HID is High Intensity Discharge, which is another trade name for xenon headlights. You have stock halogens. You can directly convert your car to HID. Buy a conversion kit (vvme.com) and install it. It won't take too long and it's plug and play.

ok... I'm Confuuused... so now I DON'T have HIDs?? My lights take like 1.5 seconds to warm up and before their at their brightest... I thought thats a sign of HID...

In case I'm wrong, is buying the conversion kits and bulbs off ebay safe?

If you bought HIDs off ebay before let me know the seller's name so I know I'm not getting jipped

It's entirely possible that you do have them. You said that you don't though - I tried to clarify the terminology for you. If your lights take the time to warm up to full brightness, and they look notably different than your fogs, then you probably do have HIDs, or xenons, whatever you want to call them.
