Hiya everyone

I've had my 09 plate Audi A4 for a few weeks now and the stop start only works if I turn all the blowers/heaters off.. Is this normal because other cars I've had in the past with stop/start have let me use it with heaters etc on.

I know the engine has to be warm for stop/start to work but as I say it won't unless everything is off

Any help would be appreciated because the dealer who I bought it from said they had checked it and it's ok because the blowers shouldn't be on when using stop/start
