Audi B5 A4 switching to BMW 330ci
dude the three series are nice but they have no space it seems like, every time i drive my gf's, my legs get all crampy, i am kinda tall though but still, you should get a 30v and supercharge it for the money you are probably gonna pay for the bimmer. 300+hp sounds nice with that supercharged 30v doesnt it huh huh huh

my dad has an 03 330i and it has WAY more space than a B5 A4. Much more room in the back seat, and everywhere else. Its a pretty quick car.
I love driving it.
go bimmer boy. i would still chose an audi because to me its gets more attention then a bmw unless you are driving a m3 or m5 but between a4 and 330 i would choose a4. and i driving a 330xi stick its not a 14 second car. its more like in low 15's

330 is a very sweet ride. Plenty o' torque low, mid and high rpms. Be careful! You are accustomed to AWD which handles like a cat on a carpet. Bimmers are famous for making a mess when you get too much oversteer (HOLY CRAP! WHY am I going BACKWARDS?)

BMWs are - mostly - FR cars. All RWD cars handle in the same manner. Oversteer is a problem if you are inexperienced. If you do not want to use oversteer to your advantage (as in learning and practicing advanced driving techniques) then you may want to purchase an FF vehicle. I won't go into AWD/4WD because that is a different area. Although those cars are easier to drive as well.
The 3 series is actually noteably predictable. Specifically, the stock differentials are forgiving and non-aggressive (for the most part), the stock tires are usually all seasons and predictable, and the weight distribution is very close to 50/50. Crank the wheel, mash the throttle, and don't countersteer on a wet onramp...then you'll end up backwards.
If you want to site your source, go ahead, but maybe you should revise your statement to:
Inexperienced drivers in bimmers are famous for making a mess when you get too much oversteer.
Or you could sub in any manufacturer for bimmers with your new sentence!
