Default Audi Bluetooth Technology...

I am purchasing both a new phone and a new audi. I would like to get a smart phone that works with the bluetooth in the car. However, the list the dealer gave me of compatible phones is outdated and most of the smart phones are no longer in production.

Does anyone know of a updated list or can you relay experiences of your own smartphones with Audi?

Make sure to get a bluetooth option with your new car....most new cell phones come with blue tooth and then it will be compatible with your car... i believe that the Audi Nav systems have bluetooth already standard... but make sure your new phone has bluetooth and ask the dealer for bluetooth in your car..

What is the PIN Code for the Bluetooth in the A4? I don't have an owner's manual yet and I'm wondering how to use it.

Also how do you reset and set the memory seat and mirror configurations?

Thanks!!

Default RE: Audi Bluetooth Technology...

I just got my new A3 with the bluetooth option and I'm loving it!!
I think the sound is great and I love being able to adjust the volume from the steering wheel.

I do have a few questions though for anyone else out there using it with a Blackberry. Right now I can scroll through my phonebook using the steering wheel controls, but because my blackberry has all my contacts there are tons I would never call from the car...

I know with some systems you can have the car only recognize contacts in certain catetories... is this possible with this system??
I am reluctant to go through my entire phone book and change the categories for each contact unless I know this will fix my issue...

Any help/suggestions or addt'l info would be appreciated!

Thanks
