For some reason i have a feeling i would be good at this?
is it hard?
It is hard. I went in thinkingI could drive pretty well, andI can for the most part, but its a lot harder thanI thought, especially against a lot of these people that do it a lot.

Ive never heard my tires squeel so much, nor had to work so hard to keep a car on the road. You tend to overdrive the course at first, trying to be fast instead of smooth.

So, you will be good at it, after you do it a few times, as will I. Its a learning experience, its huge fun, its really challenging, and you would never drive your car this hard anywhere else.

I highly recommend this safe, fun, challenging, perfectly legal event. I cant wait to do it again!

Not sure what you mean arif?
You mean the wheels rubbing anywhere from hard cornering?
As far as I can tell, no. I did not hear any rubbing, dont see any evidence of it on the tires. I should look closely inside the wheel well just to make sure.
And man, I had the wheels turned all the way at some points, where i was sliding and such.
One time I almost went off the course, and had the wheel all the way cranked, then when i got traction back, i had to quickly recover from that!

you guys all turn off your stability program on the track right? or does it help you take turns faster?

I haven't been to an autocross yet (next month!) - but on Top Gear, the first thing they do with any car on their track is turn off it's stability program.
