Does anyone know what the deal is with these. They had them on some < 99.5, but not all. I have them on mine, but the dude at Euro Styles East has the exact year and color and doesnt have them.

Yes, 96's and some 97's. And they cannot be removed without consequence, since the the fender has a recess stamped for it, and the emblem has pronges that go through the fender.
