Is it necessary to buy the Audi service plan for the scheduled maintenace if you are planning to mod your ride?

No, just asking if it's really necessary to pay for the scheduled service. Aren't you suppose to have more frequent oil changes anyway since it's a turbo? So should i even bother?

 

so your worried that you would have to preform routine maintenance more often if your car was modified? As long as your using at least Mobil 1 you should be fine - look at the maintenance schedule and have them calculate how much it will cost you if you buy everything when its needed vs if you buy it all right now. how much are they asking?

 

It's $550 and includes scheduled maintenance every 10000 miles up to 45000 miles, and i think only really includes oil changes and air filter changes.

 

I'd pass and change your oil every 5K miles.
