Took one out 2 1/2 years ago on my new A3, nothing flash but my 1st audi. Really pleased with it and until today really pleased with Audi.
My car flashed that it needed its next service, great I've done less than 36k miles and its less than 3 years old. So I book it in and leave it and then get a phone call saying I'm not covered. it only covers 2 oild changes and 1 service, but it says 36k miles, not the case, so don't be scammed into buying a service plan, its cheaper to pay.
i spent 45 minutes on the phone but customer service, non-existent, they are very nice but toothless, couldn't even offer me a 1/2 price service nevermind pay the full cost that I was expecting. told me they would change the brake fluid!!!
So be warned, their salesmen are just like every other manufacturers, slimy and liars
