Exclamation Audi Servicing?

I bought a 2008 Audi A4 6 months back and the service is due in February. Also the oil level minimum indication has appeared on the dashboard.

I want your suggestion for the following options:-
A. Is it okay to go for oil change (synthetic as recommended by Audi) outside? and my car is good to go?
OR
B. I should opt for the Audi service (i think they call it the annual service).

Not sure what they actually do with the Audi servicing at the workshop and how much do they cost? Any idea if I need to spend in thousands at the workshop or can i just spend few $$ and get the synthetic oil changed at any other good garage?

Any thoughts will be really appreciated. Thanks for your help.

Long as you use the right oil, you can do it anywhere, including in your driveway. No need to spend huge money at the dealer.
