Audi charges us MINIMUM $100 just to book a service apt and open the hood. Let alone $30/ litre for ATF and all the other bullsh*t.
In my humble opinion, the owners are getting MILKED everytime they return to the dealership. So for him to ask fora Q7 or an S4 is reasonable.
If they gave us free diagnosis and didn't try and charge me 20 a piece for valve stems. I'd be on their side to.
