I'm not arguing that auto is better I'm just staing that on a roll - an auto should be able to shift faster than a manual. I have a TIP - and I would prefer to have a manual - for the hight torque capabilites when modding. but until I buy another A4 I'm stuck

Manual = Sport car/race car
As far as i can recal all race and drag cars are manual. autos are for ecconomy and convienience.

Sorry, but actually, a manual car is more fuel efficient than an autoifdriven correctly.
