Ko3 is the stock turbo...

Trey, my dad's 540iA (automatic) feels montrous and lame compared to my Audi, even though I know his bimmer is faster.

There was a guy on AW named, I think named Cameron, who said he did a tiptronic-to-manual conversion. I don't remember all the specifics, but he said it cost him around 7 grand (after he sold his auto tran to another guy). Is that you?

And back on topic...as a rule, if you own a tip and you're really THAT desperate for a manual...sell it and buy a new car.

i've only witnessed tranny swaps in bimmers

and that was a typo i meant ko4 sorry

anyway, 325i's arnt that hard to beat

 

for some strange reason, i can hold with 325s with my 12v...

 

where was that thread at about the auto 2 manual...
and there isn't a difference between a 325i and a 330 only thing different between Bimmers is the year just about every year has its own engine.. stock 325i are easy now when you get those cars moded up there is no way your. my 525 smokes just about everything i lost once to a camero. this is a525i with 12x0hp
