ok, can't find any threads on this question, prob 'cause it's really basic, but i can't figure it out nonetheless. i have a 2000 a4 avant quattro, i have the jack, but i can't find where in the car it's supposed to be stored. the owner's manual, which displays the incorrect diagram on the subject of the jack (one of many typos and mistakes in the manual), says the jack is supposed to go underneath the truck deck with the spare tire. i go there, and there is definitely no area available to secure the jack, let alone put it there. in the trunk, the left compartment is for the cd changer, the right side is for the emergency triangle. so where does the jack go? thanks for any help.
