Avant Trunk Side Panel Removal?
I'm having a few problems with getting the side panel off to uncover the submoofer and amp. I havent got far but it seems impossible to get to the subwoofer without breaking something. I have only managed to off the rear seats and back seat side support. As for getting the actual fabric lined panel off I am stumped. Am i supposed to force this off or if there a trick to it?
My haynes manual doesnt speak much for the avant. [&:]

ok - I'll try to speak from memory here...
You basically have to remove most of the interior trim in the rear of the car to do this. The rear lower trim by the door, the trim by the C-pillar, the trim above the carpeted panel... There are screws at cerian points, all should be in open view when you look for them.
Then the panel wall snaps away with more than average pressure. There are clips holding it in place, and they tend to break sometimes.
I've included a picture for reference. Notice the areas where I had to remove screws and other trim pieces.
