Default Average MPG on 1.8T

So I've been reading around and have lately seen a few people saying that they get around 20+mpg in their 1.8's. I'm far below that at around 15 or 16 at best. I know that the EPA estimate is 20 but I know that's not always exact. Could this be a sign of clogged filters or something else?

it could be air filter, 02 sensor, maybe ECT, and plugs. those are the usually problems

If you have near 100k miles, replace your 02 sensor.

Well, I've replaced the air filter and plugs already. I've only got 55k miles so I'm about halfway to that 100k mile mark but should I replace the O2 sensors anyways? What price do they go for? And maybe I'm just having a brain fart here in the morning but ECT?

The ECTS (engine coolant temp sensor)tells the ecu what temp the coolant is. If its bad, youll often get hard starts because the ecu isnt getting a signal from the sensor to know if the engine is warm/cold, which ***** up your fuel enrichment especially on a start. You shouldnt need a new 02 sensor at 55k. What type of gas do you use?

Been using 93 octane. I've run seafoam through the intake and I did a can through the gas too.

I did get a CEL here last week and it was a 16795 for Secondary Air Injection System: Incorrect Flow Detected. I looked around on the forums and found out that it could be a cracked hose which I looked around for but couldn't find any cracks. Cleared the code and got it again here this past Tuesday. Cleared it again and haven't seen it since. But I'm wondering what this is. I figure since it came back that it must be something. I notice though that it doesn't come on immediately. Both times it was on the second trip I make each day from school home. So it's not an immediate thing, takes some time.

Umm yea, around 200~250ish. I got thinking today that I'm going to have to do it the old school way to make sure on the mileage because at idle it says I'm getting 74mpg. So I'm gonna fill up later today and ride around until I'm about 1/2 tank or so and fill up again to check how far I've gone. I'm hoping that the onboard mileage reading is just off...
