Default B5 A4 owner, Been driving a 1.8 Audi TT at work..

so i work for a Ford car dealership, and we got a FWD 1.8T Audi TT in on trade, its parked in the back lot right by the back exit, so every break ive gone on for about 5 days now, I have snuck out the TT, lol....

I must say, the handling is a lot tighter than my b5, the speed is kind of disapointing...its not too fast, it seems as if the synchros are really weak too...it takes corners pretty well, but i think my b5 would outcorner it.

Its been sweet to drive another audi and kinda compare an a4 to a TT.

when its all said and done, i would take my A4 any day over the TT. It just seems more solid, more space, the TT is a tiny bit faster, but it doesnt make up for the other things that the a4 wins on.

That must be a fuked up 180 then because I drive my dads 225 fwd and that thing is faster than my chipped a4. He even has 18's with strut tower bars front and rear. Trust me that thing is fuked up if it is only a tiny bit faster, plus it should feel way tighter in the corners...........I love his car I'll post up a pic if he will pull it out.....lol

haha my buddy drives a nissan fairladyZ, and i don't know if you've ever been in one of those.. they're kind of tight. yeah he's 6'3 and basically massive. he's pushin' body builder status. he can't wear jeans 'cause his legs are too big, but his waist is too small. hahaha the first 3 weeks he had it, his hips hurt like hell.

it is only 180 hp... runs a low 15 second quarter mile, first gear is significantly faster, but after that, its really nothing special...

and the car feels tighter taking normal turns, but it cant take turns as fast as my car...its fwd, stock suspension.
