I know there are tons of threads on this conversion but i am trying to find out what i need exactly to do the conversion on my 01 a4 1.8t quatro with tiptronic. I already have the calipers rotors and pads got them all for a steal for about $150. I don't care about how it may perform in comparison to a big brake kit, i really just care about how it looks behind the wheel. but i need those s4 uprights. What upright do i go and get of what car to hold the s4 calipers my lower control arms look like they are aluminum but people say that they should be cast iron instead and that means go wth the cast iron uprights vs the aluminum ones. so im lost in which one has the right bottom end taper for the control arms and off what car to get it off of.
