that looks really nice. do you have a shot of it in-car, to show what part of the cluster it'll block? it looks like it'll only get in the way of the bottom part of the speedo and probably the odometer, is that accurate? I'm really not wanting to block my LCD display, that's my primary concern with a steering column pod.

you're in vancouver I see. what shop do you work out of?

I will have shots of it in car soon when I have the samples installed in various cars for test fitting.

The pod blocks none of the DIS and odometer and almost none of the speedo when we test fit the rapid prototypes in the cars. We were actaully quite surprised at how little information it might block depending on the tilt setting of the steering wheel.

wow I'm surprised you were able to orient the pod in such a way that it doesn't block much of the gauge cluster. what about the volt meter? it's gotta block something... I guess if I had to pick one, the voltage guage is the least important one.

I'm looking forward to seeing these in-car pics.

any idea what pricing will be like on this thing?

Sweet! I was dissapointed when I went to the website and saw they didn't have them for the B5. I guess I wouldn't mind if it blocked my LCD screen....as I can only see it clearly 40% of the year....

I make them and you can see the current B6/B7 product at www.podi.ca

The pricing for the B5 pod will be the same as the current B6/B7 product but I will be having presale pricing once I receive my order of gauges for the gauge kits.

The kits will have everything you need to a complete installation.
