Coilovers are always a good option but if you dont have the money go with some sort of combo w/ bilstein shocks. a lot of people like H&R springs, thats what i have and i really like them. as for wheels you can fit 19s but 18s are more reasonable. you will need to roll your fenders too. but thats not hard
