I'm not to familiar with b5s4 features so i could be wrong on some of these but this is what i can come up with
-adjustable lumber support in seats
-auto-leveling headlights
-rear cup-holders
-heated seats heat the back too not just the bottom
-remote trunk release
-definitly nicer gauges
-homelink?
-full size spare tire?
-windshield washer fluid is heated too i think

plz correct me if I'm wrong...

 

Basically you're looking at a difference in the shape of the dashboard and interior. I just swapped my 01 B5 in for a 03 B6 and so far I like them both very much. I like the B6 because it's a little more soffisticated especially in the interior. I didn't like how the dash looked on the B5's but it wasn't huge. I'd say either way you've already made the best decision possible and that's to go with an Audi. You're going to feel a lot more stylish driving one and you can fit a lot more hot women in a 4 door sports sedan with a lot of style than you can in a 2 door sports car.

The only other difference that I've noticed is that my B6 has a 6 disk in dash cd changer...and that was a plus I didn't know about when I was buying it haha

What is funny is I was leaving my neighborhood one day and a person dating my neighbor whom would later become a very close friend talked to me about the day I passed by them as they were walking together. He was stunned by my car and was like 'OMG he is so lucky' and she responded 'All he did was save his money, I don't see the big deal'. After he told me that story about three years after the fact.... I could only think.... wow, I saved my money and lived responsibily so I could have an object that has been of my desire since I was 10 years old and she finds that minor and unorthodox. People sometimes process the actions of others in an odd fashion, but that is okay, it doesn't stop me from enjoying my cars and enjoying the passion of working on mine and my friends cars.

 

i would take a b5 S4 over a b6 anyday....not saying b6s arent nice but..... S4 is THE CAR
