Default B6 A4 - should I replace this?

I was replacing my ECT sensor yesterday (which brought back the car's ba**s, much needed with all this hot weather since I have the A/C on all the time now) and noticed that the rubber hose-like part circled in red below was slightly "sucked in". I'm no mechanic but I'm assuming it has something to do with the turbo and vacuum hoses since it was like this. Picture what happens to an empty 2-liter soda bottle if you suck on the opening. It was mostly happening on the end I circled in green, which is hidden under the gas line.

Should I replace this part? I'm wondering if it is hindering performance. I'd search but I don't know what key words to use. Thanks.

i'd replace it, only because it's probably a 5-10 dollar part and would take 5 minutes to do...eventually it will probably crack and cause problems, but i doubt it's effecting anything right now...not sure what would cause that either
