What would I need to buy to lower this car just to get rid of the wheel gap. I have 19 in rims with 245/35-19 tires.

Do I need coilovers or can I get shocks and struts. I dont really want to spend to much money on coilovers and would like to know if they are really needed to lower the car

 

you can just get shocks and springs and that will lower the car. Do a search on H&R's site and you'll get some spring options, also you can try neuspeed, and a host of other companies.

 

Someone posted a link to a site a while back that had a H&R/Bilstein combo for like $750. I didn't think that was too bad...still a lot cheaper than coilovers.

I have Pss9 coilover... Get coilover, so you will have trouble-free in future. Plus, installation fee is about the same price.

You mean to tell me you can afford a b7, but cant scrape up an extra 1k for coilovers? I mean, shocks and springs are not much cheaper, its way better to just get coilovers.
