if any1 could tell me how much i could be worth?

The thing that kills the value of your car is the rebuilt tittle,no matter how good to looks, having a rebuilt title will always taint your resale value.

can't you get your car "un-rebuilt". I thought if it was rebuilt you had to have it inspected in a special way then its just back to normal if you pass that inspection?

i never heard of anything like this, but it be cool if that was possible

i never knew y the did rebuild on it since the damage had nothing to do with engine it was the whole left side of the car driver's side that needed work, it was just back door, drivers door and fender that was replaced and there was no frame damage done

I don't know about other states but I know how it works in Ohio. If the damage to the car is enough that repairing it would cost more than what the car is worth, the car is totalled. If you choose to, you can then repair it so it is road-worthy once again. Once you have repaired it, you have to have the car inspected by the DMV to make sure it is road-worthy. If it passes their inspection, you then have to have the title redone as a rebuilt title. During the time between when it was totalled and when it is given a rebuilt title, you are not allowed to drive it on any roads. So once your car is totalled, you have to get a rebuilt title to be able to drive it on the road again. So really, it doesn't matter what gets damaged on the car. If the damage is enough that repairing it would cost more than what the car is worth, you'll end up with a rebuilt title.

In Massachusetts, you can't fully insure a salvage/rebuilt title car. e.g., you can't get glass coverage or collision.

Agreed. As for going rates on a B5 or B6 S4, anywhere from $5000-20,000+.
