So I got my car back today. It now shifts into fifth gear, though not every time, before it wasn't at all, so I suppose that is a good sign. He said I'll have to drive it for a few weeks to really see if it's going to make a difference or not.

 

My cars been down for 3 weeks today, will be done weds or thurs if daves downpipes hurrys up and get here...

 

Yeah when I'm in Tip mode it seems i can get it into 5th 90% of the time, compared to when in auto, i switch it over to tip and it says its in 5th, but its still really in fourth. Does this help narrowing down a possible solution?
