lol it must be the powerband and the gearing. 2.8 has longer gears, giving 2nd and 3rd more prominent pulls and the shorter power band and shorter gears of the 1.8t give it better low end accelleration but not as good in the mid range

I think you just need to work on it. Better yet throw on a supercharger.

 

Eh, I'm not worried about it. I have my fast car for when I wanna go fast. It was still fun to run it.

 

wow thats good compared to my my dv failed on me today on my way to the track i ran 18 and 19 with my tip quattro a4 i am pissed

 

I hope my 1/4 mile is good. I have not run it w/my new turbo and chip. Looks good though and yeah when you add the sc you will be golden.

I was ok with the trap but that time was a disappointment.

 

What were you trying to get to time wise? And what chip do you have since you have a 2.8?

I was hoping for a mid 15. Not sure which chip, it was in it when I bought it and I forgot to ask the previous owner which one it was.

 

OIC... you should open your ecu and find out.
