Default Is this bad?

Hi guys,

CEL came on. Here's the scan:

1 Fault Found:
16522 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S2: Signal too High
P0138 - 92-00 - Unknown Error Elaboration
Readiness: N/A

Any ideas? Should I clear the fault and see if it comes again, or is this something I should be worried about? TIA.

Given the unkown error code i would try clearing it first to see what it does, if it comes back it looks like you have to replace the passenger's side after cat O2 sensor.

OK, I am now having the exact same error. Is there anything else I could do besides changing the front right O2 sensor?

TIA

it's not the front right. it's the rear right. you could take it out and spray the crap out of it with intake/throttle body cleaner. it might help for a bit but the part is really easy to change. you jsut unscrew it, follow the wire to the top of the engine bay, then unhook the harness and do the opposite for the new one. or a cheaper solution is to get a 4 wire o2 sensor, cut the wires after the harness and splice the new one in.

Hi guys, thanks for the previous advice, I changed the O2 sensor and everything went back to normal.

Today I just got a CEL again, I was hoping to hear your thoughts about them:

3 Faults Found:
16785 - EGR System: Insufficient Flow
P0401 - 92-00 - Unknown Error Elaboration
17658 - Fuel Level too Low
P1250 - 68-00 - Cylinder 1
16688 - Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected
P0304 - 64-00 - Not Currently Testable

The car is driving wonderful as usual. Should I clear the codes and wait?

TIA.
