Man, trying to find a audi for sale (for a good price) is a pain in the butt. The most recent one I was going to buy for 6k is pretty much sold to someone else and the guy with the 1st A4 is really looking to get rid of it and keeps e-mailing me. He wanted to get 5500 out of it, he already told me he'd drop it to 4500, but since it does still need a lot of work I'm thinking about offering $4100. After I looked at it in person here's all the stuff that I noticed wrong/needs work:
[ul][*] Leather seats are worn and have a few noticable rips (Basically needs new seats)[*] The AC does not work... may just be out of refg though.[*] The drivers side door has rust around the edge (as if it was hit while opening)[*] Timing belt has NOT been replaced[*] Water pump has NOT been replaced[*] Side mirrors have rustish color coming from bottom-up (I hear this is common?)[*] Sunroof does not work (Doesn't make noise, so guessing a fuse?)[*] Rear bumper has quite a few deep scratches[*] Trim peice by front windows has burn marks from previous owner
