I am working with a friend and we are in the process of working with a fabricator to have an oil drain plug/oil filter access panel designed to make oil changes on the Audi A4 (and Passat, etc) easier. I realize the services are free for the 50,000 miles on the A4; however, for people that keep their cars longer, this panel will make the oil change process MUCH easier. I am curious if other A4/Passat owners would be interested in this product? Thanks.

 

If you do it right, I'm sure you'll sell a lot of them.

My mechanic still scowls when I come in for an oil change.

 

Yeah ...if you do do it right most people would be interested. Every mechanice hates those things and the way they are designed..
