DONE! Its great! I can actually hear my DV!!!! Turbo is deffinately louder too.. I like how it growls subtiley.. I can tell a difference in throtle response for sure. I didnt have the right size drill bits so i just used a skinny bit and carved the holes with a dremel. They arent pretty but serve the purpose, and i made the higher holes bigger than the lower ones and added new foam to the bottom of the air box.. Also shortened the horn but didnt take it out.. Maybe I should take it out?

Well I actually use one of the rods inside the box.. I think its there because over time of the plastic heating and cooling it can warp a litte, and the rods keep the form. I dunno.... I love my screen too!!!!!!

Got some screen and a generic window air conditioner "widow seal and filter" It was $1.99! Put the screen on both sides of filter and bent the edges of the screen on the corners so i all stays together. Used double sided tape to hold it in place and then the air box has new foam on the bottom so its a tight fit, the screen/filter wont be going anywhere.. Im sure I'll replace the screen/filter a couple times/year. Haaha.. I was just thinking, my turbo whoosh is really loud now! 20 psi never sounded so good on this little turbo!
