Right now my 98 b5 has the red/amber tail lights. i really like the look of the red with the clear strip towards the bottom. where's the best place to buy them....do i need any type of modification to place the bulbs for those?

If you don't mind used, check out car-part.com. Taillights really don't get banged up much anyway. Yeah it will require the swapping of two wires.
