RE: bigger tires than stock
ya ur right. i guess hes lookin to fill the wheel gap a bit more and it will also give u a little more traction in hard cornering. why would you want to recaliberate ur ecu for the correct mph bc ull be cutting back on the miles put on the odometer..lol..

sorry guys, i wasn't clear on what i want. i don't want 235s, those won't fit. i was thinking maybe a 205/60 rather than my 205/55.

ugh, changing the tire size for appearance is wrong. Buy 17's and be happy.

RE: bigger tires than stock
wow, this tire size issue seems to be more one-sided than almost anything i've seen discussed on this forum. is there anyone out there that likes the bigger tire wall rather than the low profile? i don't mean the ugly balloon look, but a high quality, flat-wall tire with a little meat on it is all i want.

yea u will love a lot of handling abilities. The reason most go with less treadwall is not because of looks, but because of less sidewall flex. With a sidewall 60, I'm pretty sure you could collaps the sidewall cornering hard enough with a stiff enough suspension.
