I just replaced my stock, non-sport springs on myB6 with a set of stock, sport springs from a B7. According to the guys over at ECS, the heavy duty were the bilsteins I wanted to go with.

So far, so good.

well you can get either the sport or race springs from H&R.

the sport will not give you as much of a drop, and the ride will not be as stiff.

the race will give you the maximum drop, and will handle the best (IMO these are what i would go with)

with either set of springs you decide to go with, i would get the bilstein sport struts.
