We just got a 2007 Silver A4 with Nav and Bluetooth. After reading the manual I was trying to connect to the MMI bluetooth but my Blackberry 8800 is not even detecting the Audi Bluetooth. My blackberry's bluetooth is working well as I can connect to other devices. More over my girl friend has a samsung SCH-R510 and apparently it is not comaptible with Audi Blue Tooth. Is there a work around for this?

The car broadcasts it's signal only for a minute or two after you put the key in the ignition. get your phone ready to pair, then put the key in the ignition.

 

You need to check with your service writer and have him pull the list of compatible phones for the audi blue tooth, not all phones work and i remember people having problems with blackberry phones.

 

Yea some cell phones wont want to work thru the bluetooth sync..We have found at my work that the worst is the Palm Trio-Its the only phone that wont connect to a Pioneer D3

If it's a Verizon blackberry, they cripple the bluetooth in them and they aren't compatible with a lot of cars.
