Default Bluetooth for 2005 Audi A8 / Blackberry Connection

I cannot get my 2005 A8 to recognize that my Blackberry Storm is in the vehicle, ultimately not being able to use Bluetooth. Anyone have suggestions as to how I can get this to connect?

Your positive your car has bluetooth? Sorry had to ask. What I do to connect my phones is just turn the car on turn on my phones bluetooth and search for devices. It finds audi 705h or something then I connect with the default password 12345 I think it was? If not it was 1234. Regardless after that I have my phone synced. Without a newer MMI version, the contacts won't sync to the car; you'll only be able to program them or just dial from your phone and it will go through the car's speakers. I only use the bluetooth when going on a car ride longer than a half hour, as its hard to hear over the air con or heat when the car is first started.

he's right. find the car with your phone first. password is always 1234. don't think 2005 has it though. but i guess if the car is searching for it, it has it.
