You can easily run a bov on a stock turbo, i know, i do
You dont run rich with a BOV, i know, i dont
Reciculating doesnt reuduce lag, moving it closer to the TB does, just more BS.

 

Recirculating the charge DOES reduce turbo lag, keeping the compressor wheel turning while letting off of the gas pedal and producing a charge of air throught the intake keeping the turbo moving.
Its been proven by several german engineers, are you saying your smarter than an engineer?

releaving the pressure alone lets the wheels spin and not letting the air return back through the compressor back into the intake, aka surge. The further the dv/bov is from the turbo the less chance for surge to accure and lets the turbo to spin faster inbetween shifts, this reduces lag. The turbo can more than suck in enough air (with a appropriate size intake) without needing the recirculated air. Ifyour statementwas true, all cars (maf and/or map) would run dv's an not bovs.

Ha ha, i know your statement is true, i was just stating that the purpose of the dv is not useless thats all. How you run your turbo works just as well with the correct piping and boost levels, whatever floats your boat i guess.

 

i dont care if it works or not im just going to do it the way it was origionaly meant to be run...a recirculated dv/bov.
cincytt not all bov's can be recirculated. but they are one in the same. you can call a dv a bov or viasa versa. remember my sig awhile back "its what you do with the air that counts" vta or reciculate
