Default Blown Engine!

My 18.T 2001 car with 60k audi serviced miles has blown the engine!!! Cant beleive it only 2 1/2 months from purchase, yes I am sueing. Any other people suffered this fate?
Apparently to do with a blocked oil pump?! $10k or £5k cost to repair/replace...

Garage report is that the oil pump failed. Fact was it was audi serviced to 60K. The dealer serviced it at 65k (when I bought it) and after another 2k miles the oil pump fails and my engine blows! Am currently negiotiating through solicitors to get some compo towards the £5k repair (includes new turbo, clutch and timing belts)...
