Default blown relay or fuse?

I was installing my VDO boost gauge and touched the black and red wires from the vent lighting together and I havent not had any lighting working on any of my vents, or on the radio. Everything else seems to work. I checked all the fuses in the fuse box on the drivers side and all of them were good. I can't figure it out, any ideas?

Fuse, double check all of them with an ohm meter.

I used a fuse checker on all of them, it lit up green with an led on each one so I figured they were all good.

You have to pull them out and check them, ive been fooled by a fuse checker so many times its not even funny.

checked them all and I didn't find a single bad fuse. I don't know where else to look.
