I know, but I wasn't sure if all the vent lights had to be plugged in for all the other interior lights to work

The vent connectors will only light that one vent. Always start with the easiest diagnosis first, did you try to pull one of the interior lights out and check power to the light? IF there is power there, then the bulb is probably burnt out.

all of the vent lights don't work, even the ones I didn't tamper with so I don't think its a burned out bulb

LOL, your killing me. Is it just the vent lights that don't work, or do the footwell lights not work as well. Try to get one of the connectors plugged into the vents and see if the lamps work. If they don't it has to be something you did, check under the dash and over on the driver's side for any loose grounds or broken wires.

the footwell light on the driver side is out, on the passenger side it works. The fog light/rear fog light button doesn't illuminate, nor does the radio or any of the vent lights. Im having some trouble getting the wires back in the vent harness. Is there any easy way to do that?

Yeah you can either take out instrument cluster, or pull out the bottom panels and reach under the dash, you can easilly reach up there from under the dash. That and you need to see under there anyway so take off the lower panel.

All those wires are connected after that fuse, so if the fuse is good there isa common ground problem. Your gonna have to take it apart pretty good to find the loose/broken ground.
