blown relay or fuse?

Oh i thought you said just your fogs weren't working outside the car that makes more sense, i should be able to find that hold on a minute.

oh my bad I mean't the interior lighting for the fog light button, hazzard switch and such

Pull the radio out and check the fuse on the back of the radio.

If thats ok then go over where you were working on the boost guage, you might have ripped the ground wire out for all the interior lights. Thats the only other thing that can cause it.

wouldn't my radio not function if the fuse is blown?

Yeah it wouldn't function at all, so im more inclined to think its the ground wire somwhere behind the dash.

hmmm, I know when I pulled the center vents out the cable that runs to vents for the lighting got unplugged inside the vent and it so hard to see in there and get them in correctly, it was just a red and black cable

Each vent has its own connector, its only two small wires for the lights, you DID re-connect those right?

attempted to but the harness is so short and it hard to tell if they are plugged in

Hah ha, yeah its hard to get them plugged back in, i usually have to reach under the dash to get them connected back up. The lights aren't gonna work if you don't have them plugged in
