Thats AWESOME!! So does it run off its own program or is it like a computer with its own OS where you can upload software to it? I think it would be great to have a real onboard computer.

I just bought an Autometer Z-series model 2614 (30 psi boost to 30 mm Hg vacuum). I paid $65 from a local speed shop (I like to keep some of my money in the community). You can get them from Neuspeed for $45 plus shipping. Looks pretty nice and sure does beat the cost of the AWE model.

 

What about the one APR offers? I think the design is clean but it is $140. I don't ever hear anyone talk about it so I justwanted everyone's opinion. I'm getting a guage soon myself but am still trying to decide which one.

 

With APR you are paying extra for the vent mount...the gauge is nothing special...just a normal VDO gauge.

I just added a simple VDO Vision gauge. Nice and Simple. Oh - and the homemade pod.

Navi? Thats a full blown carputer, my man. All custom fabricated by yours truly.
Cost me enough, but not nearly as much as if I had someone else do it.

VAG is a nice option to go along with the rest of the goodies... heh heh
